This is episode 50 of the Legends and Dragons podcast with guest, Reggie Darden.

Reggie has a martial arts podcast called “My Empty Hands” which focuses on Kempo practitioners but is open to all martial arts.

Reggie’s first martial art was Chinese Kempo in San Diego, and he was inspired by Black Belt Theater and Kung Fu Theater. The movie, The Perfect Weapon, also influenced his decision to pursue Kempo.

Reggie has trained in American Kempo, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and Capoeira.

He served in the Army for about three years as a signal system support specialist.

Jimmy, Chance and Reggie discuss their experiences with martial arts, movies, music, and driving.

The hosts mention that they will have Blas on the show again next week. They also talk about cartoons from the 80s and 90s, such as GI Joe and Transformers.

Chance shares that he is the best driver and everyone else, EVERYONE ELSE, is not that good.
