Before getting into Arianne’s story, Jimmy opens the show with a mental health P.S.A after two air traffic controllers take their own lives in the last two weeks.

Arianne shares the work that they are doing in Kentucky while Jimmy shares a story of the first meeting with his future in-laws, who live in Kentucky while wearing a “Getting Lucky in Kentucky” t-shirt.

Jimmy shares a story about accidentally making eye contact with Arianne, while on the jiujitsu mats, only to find himself with her knee in on his throat during a sparring session.

Arianne shares her jiujitsu story and encouragement for ladies looking to get on the mats.

Jimmy attempts to speak Arabic after Arianne tells a story about her moving to Jordan for two years after graduating from high school. She shares how she met her husband while in Jordan.
